  On 3 Performance is proud to announce the release of the 1999- 2013 Chevy / GMC 1500 & 2500 4.8, 5.3, 6.0l T6 Upgrade to our single turbo system. This kit will take your Chevy truck to a whole new level. The base S480 is 1000hp capable with options to upgrade to our 86mm unit for those wanting to push farther. This upgrade is not 100% bolt on, this is to upgrade your existing On3 Performance T4 chevy truck it. We tried to make it as simple as possible for everyone; however with additons like a second 44mm wastegate and a larger diameter downpipe, it leaves a little work on your end to make it all jive. The T6 turbo will require you to weld on the flanges provided in your 44mm wastegate box to the crossover to maintain proper boost control, without the second gate you will experience boost creep. As you know by owning it, our original kit utilizes a stepped 3.0- 3.5" downpipe. This upgrade will use a 4.0" downpipe from the turbo back. We are only supplying the downpipe on this upgrade. Then we provide a 4" flange and clamp for you to build from. This will not connect to the exhaust currently on the truck nor do we recommend stepping the 4" down in anyway if you are looking to maximize the performance gain. If you have a 99-06 truck, it will require the cold side upgrade as well. The cold side tubing changes to the 07+ style and the intercooler gets flipped. You will notice this when you select the model year and the price changes. This is just to get you into the correct cold side tubing. This will also come with an intercooler bracket to flip it over as intended.
