At On3 Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
